Water stress and drought risk can be found all over the country, though Batken, Osh and Chuy provinces will experience greater water and drought risk. Similarly, there wil be a decrease in land productivity mainly in Chuy, Talas and Jalal-Abad. The increase of soil productivity can mainly be found at higher elevations.
