Climate Change Related Socio-economic Sensitivity
Adaptive capacity is related to the income per capita, education, health, life expectation and distant to market. The lowest income per capita coincides here with the lowest human development index as score level for life expectation, health and education level and is found in Khatlon. In gross income per capita followed by Gorno-Badakhshan and on human development index followed by Republican Subordination. Also taking into account travel distance to the market Khatlon and Matcho district have the highest socio-economic sensitivity, resulting in the lowest adaptive capacity, followed by Gorno-Badakhshan and upper Vakhs Basin.
